Meet Andrea 

Andrea is excited to re-open her Yoga, Pilates, and Dance Studio in Lillooet. She has dreamt of a larger commercial space with high ceilings ever since opening her home studio in 2018.


Andrea’s classes are designed for everybody. Yoga is meant to be inclusive and adapt to peoples needs. 


Andrea has been teaching Yoga and Pilates since 2012, where her career began at YYOGA NeoAlpine & Yogacara Whistler in 2012.


Andrea teaches Yoga Teacher Training every year in Whistler with Emily Kane, the owner of Yogacara Whistler.


Andrea has travelled the world teaching Yoga Teacher Trainings with ‘Your Yoga Flow’ and my online classes live on www.youryogaflow.com


Andrea cannot wait to welcome her amazing clients back to class.

Yoga Class

Flow

Go with the Flow

Flow is a full body conditioning class that will have you coordinating movement/postures with breath. This is a fast paced fluid practice, and great cardio. 

Fun at Yoga

Hatha

Steady and Comfortable

Hatha is a  full body conditioning class that will have you focusing on practicing one posture at a time. Hatha is a slower static practice, yet very challenging helping one develop balance. 

Yoga Stretches

Restorative

Less is More

Restorative is a practice of doing less. We utilize bolsters, blocks, and blankets to get cozy and comfortable in postures in order to deeply nurture and replenish body, mind and spirit.

Yin

Mind Over Matter

Yin is a deep stretch practice where we hold postures for 5-10 minutes placing pressure on the deeper connective tissues.

Flexibility, joint health, and mindfulness are the benefits of yin yoga.

Pilates

Core, Core, Core

Mat Pilates is all about core strength and stability. We will focus on flexibility, control, strength, and body awareness via slow , controlled movements that target the deep core. 

Pregnancy Yoga

Prenatal

Connection

Prenatal yoga is adapted for all trimesters. This is a beautiful practice that will encourage you to relax, and renew your body, mind and spirit while connecting to your baby in your belly. This practice will focus on mental centering, specific postures that will help prep for birthing baby, breath work, and vocal toning.
